PlayOn Question - Occasional Stuttering

Has anyone recorded and synched a PlayOn movie in the last couple of weeks? I am seeing a periodic stuttering on anything I record and sync from PlayOn (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Peacock so not a source issue). It feels like it is on their recording side and not a Channels issue because I can download the show via the PlayOn app on my phone and the stuttering happens at the exact same times and is very repeatable. I’m just looking to see if anyone else is seeing it? The PlayOn support hasn’t answered my support request this week.

I did…as I mentioned in my post…no response from them yet.

Was hoping to see if anyone else had noticed anything.

Noticed the same issue last night when watching The Batman movie recorded from HBOMax. It's bad enough that I'm going to rerecord it maybe using PlayOn home instead. If you get an update from PlayOn support please post on the resolution

My The Batman movie played great using playoncloud. I have had bad recordings before they gave me credits to redownload.

I’m glad someone else is seeing it. I have had great recordings from PlayOnCloud for months. But have tried multiple times the last two weeks with premiere league on Peacock and Goldeneye on Netflix.

PlayOn still has not answered my ticket in a week….not encouraging…
