I love the PlayOn Cloud recordings that push to the server! I’ve been using PlayOn for years and this makes it much easier - Thank you!
I was recording Outlander from Starz but the metadata for the episodes was not populating. On the server I found a place to refresh metadata, and to fix incorrect match, but that doesn’t seem to work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Click Support > Submit Diagnostics at the top right of the settings web UI

On the web UI if you click Fix Match on 101 and change the text box to 1x1 does it find the correct episode match?
Could you update your dvr to the latest prerelease (click dropdown next to Check for Update), then resubmit diagnostics after the upgrade completes.
I can edit the text box, but there's no button to check for a match, and when I make adjustments it just says no match is found. I did update to the latest pre-release and submitted the diagnostics.
I noticed that in the PlayOn file folder where the files are kept that it is not using the typical numbering - S01E01 - (Name of episode). It says Outlander - Ep 101 - (Name of Episode). Season 1 is numbered 101 for episode 1, 102 for episode 2... Season 2 is numbered 201 for episode 1, 202 for episode 2.
Curious how you get Outlander.
I don't see Starz as a channel on thePlayOn website.
Are you getting it from Starz, your provider login, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu?
I've got all 67 episodes, but they're locked into my TiVo and can't escape.
The seasons 1–4 are on Netflix.
The Starz channel is available on PlayOn Cloud and PlayOn Desktop.

I was able to match each episode’s metadata in the latest pre-release manually. It doesn’t appear to do it automatically, but at least it’s matched. Thanks!
Glad you were able to match manually. PlayOn support said they're aware of this issue with Starz and will fix it to use the same naming scheme as other providers.
I've also fixed this on our side in the latest prerelease, so season/episode information is always tagged correctly into the downloaded filename.
