Playon videos have wrong title

A bunch of my Playon Videos are showing the wrong title. When I go into fix incorrect match it doesn't offer me another option. How can I fix this?

Edit: To add some detail, when I go to fix incorrect match for Season 1 of ER, on the individual shows, there are no other options. If I go to fix incorrect match for the show, it does show ER (1994) as an option, but not for the individual episodes. This is only a problem for season 1 so far. season 2 is not an issue.

Also, I can't figure out how to locate the TMS ID on zap2it to try and get it matched.

Nevermind, I found the TMS ID. It seems like the problem is that zap2it has the whole season 1 mislabeled and their contact page is down so I can't even ask them to fix it. Is there a way to unmatch the series?
