Please give us a way to exclude channels

Hello,

My HDHomeRun finds way more channels than I would ever want to watch. Many of those have no guide data at all. Some broadcast in language I don’t understand. Finally some push viewpoints that I don’t wish to hear, ever.

So please give us a way to exclude channels and subchannels from our guide screen.

p.s. Just purchased the app, it looks great on my IPad Air with a T-Mobile Cellspot router. I have a HDHomeRun Connect which I will upgrade to the new Extend when it arrives.

The best way to do this at the moment is on the web interface for your HDHomeRun. Under Channel Lineup, click the star next to any channel twice to hide it.

That is how I did it. I am down to about 88 channels from > 300 and works great. And it then works for all my devices. And at the device level, my Favorites are only about 25 of those and each device may have different favorites.
