I did the Rebuild EPG again, no errors.
Refresh the guide from channels, nothing.
Channels was showing the generic blocks in the guide at one point, like it does for custom channels, but now, those are gone and I can not even see the channels in the client app.
Ah! That did it.
Now they show up in Channels again.
I wonder if it may be the % symbol, for the show 100% Wolf that is considered invalid.
I do recall Channels would crash on me at one point, whenever I loaded a channel that was playing that show.
about half the channels not populating guide data until tomorrow night. think it's about time to fork this puppy.
the bigger fail is on channels for allowing guide rows to get in a state where they have nothing to click. L M A O
Not an ideal solution, but epgshare01 has a specific EPG file for the Plex channels:
https://epgshare01.online/epgshare01/epg_ripper_PLEX1.xml.gz
Works as an EPG source in Channels but the guide IDs don't seem to match those from the docker, so the channels will need to be mapped manually. Not a problem for me as I only really watch maybe a dozen channels from the Plex docker.
Also, I'm not a fan of the channel logos used with the epgshare01 list...looks like someone put some work into making them, but they're hard for me to read on the TV screen from across the room. So, in the settings for the source, I selected "Prefer channel logos from m3U".
All works fine for me, hope it helps someone!
Can I get the name and source of the latest working Plex docker image (if there is one now)? I did a search for the one listed earlier in this thread but it did not show up.

Thanks for the links! What m3U do I use - the local?
You could. Here's what I use
I managed to get jgomez177/plex-for-channels:5.1.2 running in Docker. I'm running into problems setting up the custom channel. I've gone through this thread and tried several iterations setting up m3u & guide data - going back to Index of /Plex/ (which kept returning a 404 error.)
Is there a simple/basic, current, and working m3u & epg setup guide for this out there?
FastChannels includes support for Plex and a whole lot more, although you can disable all the rest and only use it for Plex if you want. It's flexible and awesome.
If you want a plex list theres always this
Will definitely check this out. Thank you
Thank you
A big thank you to @joagomez for the excellent projects he contributed and updated over several years. With these same projects now gone from GitHub, it seems it's time to do a little housekeeping both on the forum and on Project One-Click.
I'm going to close this thread, and on the next OliveTin-for-Channels update, I'll move his projects to the Deprecated page. They'll still be available to install.
FastChannels is the replacement in this category:
