Pluto Channels gone

MY Pluto channels have disappeared. nothing seems to have changed and the Docker image runs any ideas?

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080 (ip or name as used in settings for the Pluto source in Channles DVR, and port as seen in same setting, usually 8080)

See if that gives you the docker status page, and there would also be links to playlist and epg, click each to ensure you see data.

If all else fails, try re-load epg and m3u from withn channels admin UI for source.

If still fail, check logs for any issue.

Its running and writing the file but it appears the IP maybe incorrect all of a sudden, when I try to go http://10.0.0.182:8080/playlist.m3u manually it times out

Could the device running docker have gotten a new IP (ie, is device running DHCP), that might be one cause.

I am very new to this but it would appear its an IP issue the Container is writing the files, channels just can not find them,, for ever it read http://10.0.0.182:8080/playlist.m3u and just stopped working . the machine that its running on has a local ip of 10.0.0.59

Does the following url pull up the m3u data?

http://10.0.0.59:8080/playlist.m3u

if so, then your ip did change (maybe reboot, or other related DHCP change).

If that works, then for now, you need to edit the source in channels to reflect this change in ip for both epg and m3u.

Perfect thank you for your help! Have a great day got it back

You are welcome. And if it is still DHCP (meaning the device will get a new ip on reboot, or router reboot, etc), then you will have to change the ip in settings again.

One way to avoid is by setting up the device to use a static ip (configured on the device, or, on some routers, it can be setup on the router).
