Pluto for Channels KineticMan docker Guide Not Updating

Update: Resolved

I understand Pluto for Channels KineticMan docker is now retired but hoping I can get some help with this. I'm running this in Docker Desktop (Windows 11). I noticed today that the guide for my Pluto channels is just basic placeholder info:

The channels themselves all work when selected.

I've had it setup using the local m3u in URL (http://server IP:7777/pluto/local/playlist.m3u) and local guide data (http://server IP:7777/pluto/epg/local/epg-local.xml). It's been working great til now.

I stopped & restarted the container. Ran the update command. In Custom Channels, I reloaded the m3u and redownloaded the XMLTV. It starts to load, but only for a few seconds. That's about all the troubleshooting I can think of.

Is there anything else I can/should try? I'd appreciate it.

It looks like Pluto is having an issue with some of there guide data returning no info. Not all channels are affected.

As a matter of fact, it appears Pluto has it corrected. If you restart you container and reload the epg data in channels, it should be back now.

Yes, I see it's been corrected. Restarted my container first thing this morning, reloaded epg & guide data. All is well again. My thanks for the reply.

I've had FastChannels up & running for about 2 weeks now. Works great so far. Maybe I should think about using it for Pluto as well.

This issue has resurfaced & is happening with more and more frequency - like several times a week for me. I'm wondering if it's something on my end, or time to find a better alternative...?

KineticMan isn't supporting his old Pluto for Channels docker.
It's been replaced with FastChannels.

If you have an issue with Pluto using FastChannels, post in the FastChannels topic thread.
