This is driving me nuts. I'm recording a show on PlutoTV and want to fast forward through the spots where there would be commercials. These are the spots where there's just a PlutoTV logo and some white circles that become horizontal streaks. It's on the FirstTV channel if that makes any difference.
99% of the time as soon as I try to do so Channels player will fail and kick me out of the player. It'll let me start playing again and kick me out of the player again at the same spot just with normal play. I can play back the same files on the PC or via Kodi Player without an issue but Channels hates them for some reason even though it was the app that recorded them.
This is with Channels DVR version 2024.07.18.0352 (stable version). It doesn't seem to be a problem with the web player -- only the AndroidTV app. Channels shows the client as Channels v4.7.1 -- AndroidTV 11 API/30. It's an Nvidia Shield.
