Port 8089 alternative?

I need to setup port forwarding of 8089 another device. Is there an alternative port that can be configured to allow remote access to my channela DVR?

There is nothing you can do to change the port on your end. You need to email support with the request and they can change it for you.

All we can change is the port number that Remote Streaming attempts to connect to. Not the port that your server actually runs on.

In order to do that, you'll need to host your Channels DVR Server with Docker, which will allow you to specify the port.
