Port forwarding still not working

I am pretty new to this kind of thing and not very computer literate. But I have followed all the steps to open the 8089 port for remote viewing and it still does not work. I have Verizon Fios. Does anyone have any ideas?

In the DVR web ui if you go to the Support section, then troubleshooting, what does it show under remote access?

I dont know what i did but i got it working. Thanks.
