Port Forwarding stopped working?

I'm suddenly unable to access my DVR using the phone app or my.channelsdvr.net outside of my home network. In fact, even locally, the website won't connect. I checked Port Forwarding and it's still setup correctly. Weirdly, I have never had this happen before. Until today everything was working OK. Any ideas?

Sometimes router needs a reboot

I had done that and I even installed a different router and still couldn’t get Port Forward to work. When I removed my original router is was quite warm. After it sat for a couple hours, I tried hooking it back up and now suddenly all is working again. I noticed it updated its firmware earlier and I wonder if something got stuck, or the install caused it to run really warm. Either way, once it cooled it started behaving again. I’ve never run into that before so who knows!
