Summary:
On the ONN 4K Android TV version when using the Ch UP/DOWN to surf
and going into a Ch with 60fps it judders and drops many frames.
Strictly using the Guide to change channels, no problem.

Using “Show Stats” for info.
I’m rounding up FPS below to 30 and 60 from actual like 59.nn
I’m using a Channel Collection.
I'm on the current stable release 2025.04.17.1651
Same results on different ONN 4K Android TV on different TV's.
Same result using DIRECT or STREAM,

When using Ch UP/DOWN and going into to a Ch with 60 fps 1080 native it stutters,
Dropping many frames, over 1,000 in less than a minute.
When exiting from the channel and going back in via the GUIDE, no problem, just a few dropped frames.
Going into ANY Ch via the Guide, no problem, only when using the Ch UP/DOWN and new Ch is 60fps
When using CH UP/DOWN and going into a Ch with 30fps, no problem.

Using Software decoding, the same as above.

When using a Firestick 4K with PRO remote which has the Ch UP/DOWN.
Using the same Channels as above, No problem.

Can anyone replicate this?
Sounds like a bug somewhere, maybe outside CHDVR, but what get me is when
going into a troublesome Ch directly from the Guide on the ONN, no problem.

I found this reference to Automatic refresh rate, is this relevant??
