What does the Log tab say?
Log is as follows if I manually check the DVR box and set my directory:

What do you mean unavailable?
By unavailable I mean the contents from the previous DVR are on the disk, but the Settings tab says “0 passes, 0 shows, 0 recordings”. This has only happened once. Most of the time the data from the NAS is completely removed from the disk as is shown from the log above. I’ve attempted this 4 times total.
Huh. So it deletes all the recordings for no reason? What about your passes, are they deleted too?
Yeah, everything is removed, it’s like a new install.
