I have a HD Homerun for my OTA and I also have some locals via TVE. For my wife's recordings (mostly local newscasts in stereo), I would like to use the TVE version of the local channel because they have more stable reception. But for my recordings (TV shows in dolby digital) I want to use the OTA version of the channel.
Is it possible to set the passes to use, for example the TVE version of a given channel (like NBC) and set other passes to use the OTA version of the same network? I see that you can enter the channel that you want to use for the recordings but I don't know what goes there. Is it the channel number?
