It must be the tv or maybe the app. Running a speed test on Netflix on tv I get the same speeds as other devices. I tried a different cable and nothing different.
Sorry to hear that man. But hey....you did the necessary troubleshooting steps to narrow down the issue. Lots of people blindly buy latest/greatest tech and STILL wind up having the same issues. This is not you, so you deserve to go out and strut!
