Premium Channels went back to demo

I sent the below support ticket to Silicondust, but I was hoping somebody here might have a quicker reply:

I have 2 HDHomeRun Extends and I have had a subscription to the Premium TV since September. The subscription just renewed on Nov. 2nd. All of my premium channels went back to demo mode. I have tried unplugging both devices and leaving them unplugged for over an hour. This has not helped. I have also tried reactivating them and that has not helped.

When I go to the channel lineup on each device (through their IP addresses), the premium channels are marked as demo, so I don't believe this is an issue with the software that I normally use, which is Channels. I also have the issue with the HDHomeRun software on my PC.

You'd have better luck posting this question to Silicon Dust's forums, than either a support ticket or posting it here, IMO.
