I just purchased the Premium channel subscription from SD. My DVR shows and plays the premium channels fine but my AppleTVs and IOS apps still show the premium channels as "demo" channels.
What do I have to do?
On the settings tab, click and hold your HDHR and click Refresh Device.
You may also need to go into the DVR web UI, in the HDHR section click the gear dropdown and select Scan Network.
I just tried the "refresh" from AppleTV. Didn't work. I then web browsed to my Quattro and it shows the channels as DEMO still.
AHHH!
It took 2 re-activations and reboots and now the tuner is showing the premium channels!
