Preseason games not recording

I have a season pass to NFL Football. For week 1 of preseason football, the games were recorded. In week 2, they’re not being recorded.

I changed the pass from new episodes to all episodes and I still don’t see any upcoming episodes showing up in scheduled recordings.

Strangely, when I search for NFL Football, I see all of the upcoming episodes (and a manage pass button, confirming that I have the pass set up). But none show as scheduled.

Any idea what’s going on? Clearly the DVR knows that I have a pass, lists the games associated with the series and yet it’s not recording any games.

Could you describe how you created your pass or please submit diagnostics?

I'm looking at a Series Pass for NFL Football and it's matching everything upcoming.

You know, before I saw this reply I deleted and recreated the pass and it now shows that it’s recording them.

But I’ll tell you that I created the pass (via either iPhone or Apple TV by searching for “NFL Football” , selecting the proper series (one result is “classic” games and the other is new ones) and then choosing Create Pass.

This pass worked all last season and even last week and then somehow missed every game this week and looked primed to miss all games next week as well.

I can submit diagnostics if it helps.
