When you look at the guide on the server, the previously recorded shows have a green play button icon next to the show title. The shows scheduled to record have a yellow clock icon next to the title.
When looking at the guide in the app, the shows scheduled to record show up in yellow. There is no indicator for show that have been previously recorded.
Is there a way to have the some kind of indicator for previously recorded shows in the guide at the app level like there is at the server level?
No, and there’s no plans for it at this time.
I really like the Web Interface shows the recorded shows and you can play them from there ... In the Client when I click on a show unless it is currently airing it will not offer to watch the recording. So sometimes I wind up scheduling an already recorded show. It is already in the DB that it is recorded so why can't it offer to play it?
That’s legit. I’ll look into it. You’re right. We can just swap out the record button.
