Problem recording local news

I have several passes created for local news programs throughout the day.

Most of them work fine, but one station has all of their programs listed as the same episode. So it records the first episode as expected and then never records another as it thinks it already recorded that episode.

Is there any way to solve or work around this issue? Any suggestions are welcome.

here's an advanced pass I set, might give you some ideas

advanced passes for my ephemera shows like local news. I set it to keep 3, but it will not trash recordings until the next recording(s) is finished
so 3 local channels I sometimes have 6 available = 3 complete + 3 active recordings

Channels DVR uses a unique ID (ProgramID) from the guide data to determine if the episodes are different.

What is your source for that channel (HDHR tuner, TVE, etc.)?

What does your pass look like (Advanced and Matches tabs)?
