Problem setting up Channels DVR

2017/03/20 01:10:06 [NAT] Failed to discover router using natpmp and upnp.

Help newbie{computer newbie also:)} here, last entry on log after trying to set up Channels DVR for two days. What am I doing wrong? Using Windows 10 and made it to Instructions for HDHomeRun VIEW page. Help please.

You can ignore this error and uncheck the “remote access” checkbox, as it is an optional feature not required to make the DVR work.

Were you able to get recording working otherwise?
