If I set up a channel in the Start Up setting with Live TV and App Launch & Resume
AND my Guide is a DTVStream Channel Collection which contains that Start UP channel,
When Channels starts it will show that channel but when I use the Channel UP / Down button
it does NOT go to the next channel in the current Channel Collection, but shows the next one
from that Client's "Favorites". Even if I have deselected "Favorites" on that Client.
When I go back to the Guide it still shows the DTV Stream Collection as selected with the proper Ch list.
I have my Channel Collections set up on Server side by each Client.
The DTV Stream Collection is the 2nd Collection the client's Collection list, and the channel itself is First.

Is this the expected behavior?
Could the devs add another Start Up Section called Current Collection so it stays on that list for Ch UP/Down?
