I uploaded a video from a tv series on channels dvr and it streams perfectly on my phone app and on my pc browser but on my firestick it streams only the audio of the video with a black screen, other videos streaming well just not the videos from that tv show on that device, i have uninstalled and reinstalled chamnelsdvr app and all updates are in order and i have restarted my firestick but still the same. I also deleted the videos and redownloaded them again and then reuploaded them but nothing. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
Tldr: Firestick most likely is not compatible with that video codec. Switching your decoder MIGHT work.
Troubleshooting:

on the fire stick client. Try switching around video decoder Hardware/Hybrid/Software. Settings->Playback->Advanced->Video Decoder

4-1) Open video in VLC (or prefered client) and check what codec it uses under media info. Screenshot.
4-2) Submit diagnostic logs from client. Settings->Support->Submit Diagnostics
4-3) Include short (10-30sec) clip of video giving you issues
4-4) On server go to settings -> Support -> Troubleshooting and also submit results for that.
