Is there a way to either remove altogether, or otherwise change the time that the progress bar appears when changing/selecting a channel?
It seems the bottom bar stays up for about 7 seconds upon selection, which is at least 5 seconds longer than I care for it to appear.
As there is no manual up/down channel surfing in Channels (where the bar would be useful to see what is playing), and instead we physically select a known show from a guide, I’d rather remove the bar altogether for channel selection (of course, still needed for advance/reverse).
Is this possible? Or, can we speed up how quickly the bar disappears?
