Program has already started

OK this is new every program that I am starting it comes up with program had already started… Why would it come back with that message when it’s just supposed to record? And on the manager past I have record all episodes keep on recording start recording on time and recording on time so I’m confused?

This usually means your PC is going to sleep and not waking up in time to start the recording.

I ran into this today. Added a new series pass in the middle of the 1st episode. I was not able to record the show because it stated it had already started. I had no way to manually record the show. I was able to get this to work by cancelling the series pass, hitting record on the individual program (the one that was already in progress) to record it, then re-add the series pass for the remaining episodes. I assume this behavior is there for a reason, but it was preventing me from recording a show so feel the functionality should be reviewed.

Here is the log reflecting the behavior:

Looks like a bug. The pass should not be scheduling episodes that have already started. Then you would have been able to start the recording manually.

Makes sense. Thanks for reviewing.
