The progress bar in the Fire TV app doesn’t reflect the padding and displays the duration of the original program without any padding.
I’ve read past posts, and it was was a problem fixed in the past. Maybe the bug came back?
I have not experienced this with current DVR releases, nor with the current 2.1.20 Fire TV app. In fact, I have never experienced this.
I think it may have to do with the streaming device. During this morning, my Fire TV Stick 2nd generation still exhibited this behavior with the Australian Open men's final with padding of over 120 minutes. I thought maybe Fire TV Stick 3rd gen would make a difference, switched the 2nd gen with a 3rd gen from a different room, and everything was ok.
I also use the Fire TV Stick (4k). I have no clue what the theory is behind the progress bar.
