Yes, the Try Again button appears, but clicking it just brings you back to the Welcome Page
Okay next time try Try Again two times then submit diagnostics

Thanks for all your help. I'll be sure to do that.
I got the welcome screen again this morning. As suggested, I clicked “try again” several times, to no effect.
I submitted diagnostics, then signed in using the local IP address as usual. It connected right away.
UPDATE: And again this afternoon. Same story. Submitted diagnostics again.
I also tried closing and restarting the app today, which also seems to resolve the problem.
