Yea you'll need to sort that out with Optimum support.

Try it on nbc.com/live and figure out which combination works. Maybe you need to pick Altice TV from the list, which I think is now Optimum TV?

Appears to be Optimum TV on the TVE websites, but Altice One in Channels DVR

Thanks, it was indeed Altice One. Seems to have found most channels after I used that in conjunction with new ID.

Seeing this on a few channels however:

Happens sometime when adding a new provider.
Those all happen to be Discovery Network channels.
Individually rescan those channels one at a time using the gear dropdown to the right of them.
