The tv everywhere might not be set up yet. I have choice which is locals plus 10 cable channels for $25. All channels have TVE support.
That Spectrum Choice (10 channels?) for $25. Is there any tax or video fees on top of that?
I have multiple family members on Spectrum Internet Only I am wondering if it is really just $25 add on cost. My point is I might pay that amount for them if I could βpickβ 10 channels that I need. Maybe?
I got off the phone with Spectrum and they told me that all channels I subscribed to are TVE compatible. They tell me it may take 24 to 48 hours for the networks to activate accounts. I got the spectrum stream includes 44 Network channels and added the 4 movie package of 45 Channels for extra $15 Dollars. HBO, Showtime, Starz & Encore, TMC. A&E unfortunately is not streamable.
Good deal. I did the Premium deal also. I believe Stream is $30. Do you know how much is the broadcast charge Is? With Choice its $6
$6 broadcast fee an tax. I believe around $32. Not certain for sure I have the $15 premium pack and an Apple TV added to my bill which is $104 with internet. I did get a $20 a credit a month for bundling. They should ask about that also.
The broadcast charge is 2.99.
I am using Spectrum Choice as well.
Just as an FYI, Spectrum Choice customers can add on cloud DVR for 4.99 per month. It is useful if you need it for your locals (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC and CW). You can only record up to 50 shows (why it may not be useful for all of your channels if you record a lot) but it could complement the TVE recording with Channels.
I signed up for it about a week ago to test it out and it works pretty good. They also don't have the DVR section available in the Xbox One or Android TV app (coming "soon") but it depends on your usage scenario if it would benefit you or not.
As expected here is my response from Warner on Tv everywhere access.

| Stop being so stingy with your app access to live streaming providers. Even Att tv now doesn't have access to your content |
I can't believe they actually said called you stingy. Damn these greedy you know whats.
So for DVR can A&E networks be recorded. All I care about on there is Live PD. With Philo I just record it and start watching in progress 45 mins to 1 hour later. If that could be I will drop Philo in a hear beat. Their resolution in not great. Spectrum app quality for A&E was great at 60 fps. Philo is only 30 fps
No, lol. I called them Stingy.
Live PD is available OTA, don't know how current it is.
I see it now. Top one is you and the bottom is them. Good, like to see if they respond to that.
If you mean on the Spectrum cloud DVR, I would assume so. A&E isn't one of the channels I selected so unfortunately I can't test it. But, I haven't found any issue with any of the other channels I do have.
I tried the cloud DVR when it first came out and it was terrible. Glad it's working good for you. FYI it's 50 episodes not shows
I just dialed up Spectrum in channels dvr, first thing I looked for was HGTV. Don't see it. How do I enable it?
There are plenty of ways to record copy-once material with the multitude of tuner options that SageTV has.
Spectrum is finicky with their channel scan. After the initial scan you usually have to wait 20-30min then manually hit rescan next to the channels which didn't work the first time (click pencil icon, then Edit button to find them).
Finally. Weird service, no Europe expansion, trying to strict enforce control over content to the point it was unwatchable outside home. Plus bad marketing.
Maybe Apple could buy them, force on content providers skinny bundle and integrate it to Apple Channels.
Not true, there is live stream in History app, altough only in Roku version.
I wait untl finally someone invent a method to record stream to VHS.
