Are you installing the qpkg? or docker? What is the full error message and where are you seeing this message?
Actually my brain kicked in and I saved it to my desktop and uploaded in the Qnap App Store per your sites instructions. Installed flawlessly.
My issue now is the same issue before the NAS, some channels buffer constant, is there a specific setting or us it my internet provider. I have ATT gigapower
Also am I using a bad NAS, what NAS would work flawlessly?
NAS with Intel Celeron CPU is preferred.
Do you have one you could recommend

Just sent back my Qnap TS-230, way too much buffering and even freezing, definitely wouldn’t recommend this for channels or plex
Actually I just downloaded channels server on an old 2008 MacBook I bought a few years ago for $75 , added 4gb of memory and a 500 gig hybrid drive, total cost $150 after upgrade and this MacBook is working 10 times better than the Qnap, think I will stick with this as my server and quit wasting money on nas servers, heck the channels load way faster and hardly any buffering if any at all.
