QNAP TS-253Be vs TS-251*

Has anybody used QNAP TS-253Be which uses a different intel CPU, Quad-Core Celeron J3455 1.5GHz? I wonder how this CPU works with Channel DVR in terms of multiple 1080i streaming, hardware decoding, comskip, and multiple recording.

I read about QNAP TS-251+ cannot stream more than 1 stream of 1080i video stream, is this true?
