Why is my server saying I'm watching tv and right now I'm not watching from any of my tv's
By any Chance are you sharing tuners with EMBY or Plex ?
Nope I don't have either one of those
The first step here is figuring out which devices are using those IP addresses, to narrow it down. Many routers show this in a client list.
