I've been a channels user for a bit over a year now. Started with HDHomerun Quattro. That is pointed at the Baltimore area for those stations. Added TVE support a while back when that was supported. Then I took advantage of the limited run of Prime 3's when they were available.
I have the sources defined as Quattro, Prime, then TVE in order of importance. (I was downloading 2 TB a month prior to getting the Prime)
I'm a little confused however. My Fios subscription gives me access to both Baltimore and DC markets. I have the Quattro sources favorited, along with the Prime stations. But when Looking at the guide - I only see the Baltimore stations in the Quattro channels - I never see the Fios Channels.
I was presuming that since channels "knew" they were the same station, then it would only show it once. But it also seemed to have both channels shown when compared to the Prime listings and the TVE listings.
I don't understand why I don't see the Baltimore stations on the Prime Guide.
My overall goal is to use the Quattro first since it has the best quality, then the prime, then TVE for recordings. TVE would be a backup if the all 3 tuners on the prime were busy and TVE could fill in the slack.
