• IMPROVED: Channels API has been caught up to mirror what's in the Apple TV version with the included fields: type (movie/video/tv), duration, and thumb_url.
• IMPROVED: Added missing /api/toggle_stats that toggles the on-screen stats overlay

RE: the last one, how is this toggle done on Android/Google play clients? Is there a button on the drop down etc

it's under playback speed & sleep timer in options while watching something. down arrow.

Hmmm, Well that's always been there.
I don't see whats new about it.

I think the key takeaway with the update is API, not device UI.
Send a command to the client using the API.
