Question OTA and remote stream

Ok while this may be encrypted related I do not believe so, or perhaps I’m slightly misunderstanding the what the dvr works….

1. a recent firware to HDHomeRun Quattro knocked me down from 121 OTA to 49 OTA channels after a new scan
2. hence question about ATSC 3.0 is this channel reduction because the antenna can receive them but the Quattro (older) can not decipher 3.0?
3. if this encrypted related, why or how, can I see the OTA channel on the home computer, or local wifi …but away from home (yes I know TVE lost nbc family) but I’m talking OTA local meTV station.
4. I can see OTA (nbc metv) local wifi but again not away from home, I thought the local mini comouter was converting the OTA into a stream I could view locally or remotely … do I have that part wrong?
   The source is OTA and HD home runs…. Which isn’t a log in for TVE..
   Shouldn’t it still work?

I can remote into other computer and see using HDHomeRun app the metv channel hence I do not be,I’ve signal is encrypted.

Yes I did remap stations …

I noticed the time is off by +3hrs… shows 10 when it’s 7am eastern
Not sure if that has anything to do with it (computer clock is accurate )
