Questions about how DVR works

I have some exercise programs I recorded. Channels DVR put them in my movies folder. Since they are more of a TV program, I made a new folder under TV with the series name. I then moved the programs from the movies folder into the new folder under TV.

Now the programs do not show up in my TV programs under Library or TV shows, so I am assuming that Channels has some way of handling the files once recorded and simply moving the programs does not work.

What is the correct way to move recordings that originally are put into the wrong category, i.e. should be TV not movie?

My other question concerns the "delayed" status when looking at recordings under the DVR Manage section. I have a new computer, but continueously get blue screen errors. I had a blue screen when I first looked at my computer this morning. A movie was in the progress of recording when the blue screen occured. When checking the movie under Manage after a reboot, it showed Delayed - not Interrupted.

If a recording shows delayed, is the DVR some how able to restart the recording from the beginning or it starts recording when the computer is rebooted and Channels is again active?

Curious why the recording shows Delayed instead of Interrupted since Channels was not working during the computer shutdown?

Hope that makes sense. Any help explaining how to move DVR recordings and explain the Delay designation would be appreciated!

You cannot make folders under Movies or TV. You can move them to Imports/TV instead

Delayed means it didn't start on time. Interrupted means it was interrupted while recording.
