Queued but not recording

I'm having trouble recording lately. My smart passes are missing recordings and if I try to manually record a program it will say "Queuded" but will not record. I have tried this on HDhomerun, Pluto, and TVE. The DVR is running on an iMac.

I restarted the DVR and it started to work again but now it stopped recording the next day.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Recommend you upgrade your chrome. If it happens again submit diagnostics before restart
