Hello I am using DVR. I have noticed only the WiFi Apple TV the audio randomly cuts out during DVR playback. If I rewind and replay, the audio plays normal in the spot it cutout.
I however do not notice this on my wired ATV. All DVR apps and all ATVs are using latest versions.
