We have an Apple TV 4k.
While watching a live stream, it will occasionally pause at random. We then have to hit play on the Apple TV remote and it continues.
Also, at random times, a live stream will just drop completely and the television shows a black screen. Upon hitting a button on the remote, we realize the Channels app has closed and we have to select the Channels app from the main menu again to go back in.
i have 3 different TVs with 3 different apple TVs and all of them crash randomly. happens a few times a day to once every few days.
