I'm not sure if this is related, but this is a new install and I updated the server before selecting the DVR storage location. When I select the media drive and try to create the DVR folder on it, I get this error:

Error: unable to create dvr directory: mkdir /media/DVR: permission denied

You'll need to re-image to fix the permissions issue
