Raspberry PI 4 only shows Software Transcoding

I installed Channels DVR on a Raspberry Pi 4 with Raspberry Pi OS Lite. The DVR only has Software Transcoding. How do I enable the Hardware Encoding?

IIRC, transcoding is only available on 64bit OS on Pi, as it uses V4L2, which doesn't have a driver on 32bit.

I've got 32-bit Pi and have hardware option. Maybe it's because you installed Lite? I installed the full version.

Well I just reinstalled the full version and still only have software.

Going to install the 64bit version
