Raspberry Pi - hanging up on sources / logs

At 10:30pm last night, my Channels DVR server running on a Raspberry Pi 4 errored out. I don't know why. It had completely become unresponsive. Channels DVR server would not refresh. Reboot. Nothing.

I had reinstalled Channels DVR to the Raspberry Pi non-eventfully.

The issue now is that Channels DVR is hanging up when attempting to locate input video sources as indicated in the photo.

I can click on "Add Source". It will not auto detect HD Homerun tuners. I can manually enter an IP address for one of the HD Homerun tuners, but when I click "Add" the loading sources hang-up once again occurs. When attempting to add a TVE source, no options are available, the system just hangs.

The logical step would be to enter Support -> Troubleshooting. So I tried that. Guess what? The system hangs up when Gathering Diagnostic Logs.

I have a non-responsive Channels DVR server and no additional ideas on what I can do to try to proceed.

Any input from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Does support > Logs show anything?

Were you running prerelease before? Maybe you need to update before restore.

Try loading http://x:8089/log or http://x:8089/debug/stack

You need to upgrade to the prerelease I think. What version were you running before you reinstalled? Did you use the backup restore after the reinstall, or restore some other way?

Thanks for your suggestion.

I'm not sure what version I had been running previously. I simply installed the linux version over the previous install. I hadn't needed to restore which I found odd. Everything was just... there.

How would you suggest that I update? I ask because, look what else is hanging on this server, That's right. The check for update is checking and has been for 24 minutes.

Interesting aside, notice the server uptime. Every time the browser refreshes the time is updated to that browser refresh time.
