I have installed Channels Server and Docker, and all works great on the PI - the issue is the HDD that its installed on is a small SSD. I want to use a larger drive to save to. However I can not seem to run any commands from terminal (I guess SSH is limited) and Channels is not seeing the second HDD any help?
What second HDD drive have you attached and how is it formatted? It should appear under /media and in the list of disks at the top right of the web UI
It's formatted as NTFS and contains my Old (Current DVR) contents - ITs attached to the second USB 3 port
Click Support > Troubleshooting > Submit Diagnostics on the DVR web UI

Not showing anything attached. Does the HDD have power? Are the lights on?
Yes I had put it back on the Windows machine and forgot to reconnect prior to running diagnostics. I will resend in the morning - I will say though I attached another drive and it was seen immediately - the one I want to use works fine on a windows machine but the PI install can not see it
