The new USB DVR HD image sounds great and I’m looking forward to trying it out.
Currently I’m using my Pi4 to run Pi-Hole and was wondering if it were possible to run both the HD DVR and Pi-Hole at the same time.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated

As stated in several other threads, the Pi image is to essentially turn the Pi into a dedicated DVR. If you want to use your Pi for other purposes in addition to Channels, then you need to setup your Pi as a standard Linux computer (using Raspberry Pi OS or whichever distro you prefer), and install Channels as normal.
Beyond that, Pi-Hole is highly suggested to run on it's own as well since it becomes your network's DNS server. You should dedicate a pi for it and only it.
Adguard Home is far superior to Pi-Hole, in my experience and testing. Far easier to setup too. Works great with Channels DVR.
