I have fast internet but channels keeps locking up. Netflix, etc work fine
OTA/Cable streams are sometimes over 4x larger than Netflix and others. More details are always better when trying to diagnose issues, though.
Is your dvr PC on Wi-Fi or wired in?
Check Task Manager to make sure cpu/ram/disk are not at 100%
Wifi since my computer doesn’t have a Ethernet port. I checked and it isn’t at 100

I think what they're trying to say is if you want help, provide more information beyond "I have fast internet but channels keeps locking up". Cuz Channels DVR doesn't know what your problem is and WiFi can cause issues. What problems are you seeing, what DVR server/OS/Channels DVR server version, what client hardware/OS and version?
