Receiving Auth Failed for Cox

Receiving "Auth failed for Cox: "no login form found"" in the log file and a blank login screen while attempting to add Cox as a TV Everywhere source.

This was working until very recently, the source was removed and am attempting to re-add the TVE source.

Please press-and-hold on the Check For Updates button in the Settings page of your DVR. We have fixed this in the latest DVR pre-release.

Appears to be returning an error while checking for the update:

Up to date!

I'm also unable to "ping community.getchannels.com" in the FreeNAS jail - "Destination Host Unreachable"

Could be a larger issue with the jail?

Looks like it. What does your jail's resolv.conf look like? What about the output of ifconfig?

Thank you for offering to assist. The network item has been resolved.

Network interfaces on my FreeNAS server had changed recently and the jails were failing with "auto" selected for the VNET interface. I had to select the correct interface name rather than use "auto." I was then able to ping community.getchannels.com and the update download was successful.

2020/10/04 21:01:33.846722 [SYS] Downloading new version v2020.09.30.1642
2020/10/04 21:01:36.276772 [SYS] Update downloaded and verified successfully.

I was then also able to login and successfully add the Cox TVE Source.
