I just purchased a new 5th wheel RV, and want to setup something similar to what I have at home. I have a Wineguard roof antenna, possibly cable depending on what campground we are staying in, and an Apple TV on the main LR tv. My HD Homerun at home is probably 5-6 years old and I was looking at possibly some newer hardware offerings. The HDHR Scribe Duo looks like it might do what I need but I am not sure.
I don’t want to setup a computer like I have at home, but want to possibly be able to copy some recordings to an external drive and take that with us when we are camping. Is this doable? Any other simple options others use that I don’t know about?

Scribe cannot run Channels DVR. A similar solution would be with the Raspberry Pi (getchannels.com/raspberry-pi)
