Is there a way to have the channel record automatically when I turn to on? That way I can rewind if I need to.
Then have the recording delete after a day or so?
When watching live TV the show is kept in a buffer so you can rewind at least some. Is that what you’re asking for?
No, not currently.
Channels DVR will only record shows/movies you select to record manually or via a pass.
Not sure if you're comparing to a TiVo which buffers every tuner (~1hr) to its hard drive.
