When I try to watch any show that I have recorded, the show will not play. I get one or two frames and a little sound and then it buffers and skips ahead in the show about 1 minute and does the same thing through the entire show. It doesn’t seem to play smoothly or continually.
I have tried turning detect commercials on and off with no change. I am not using turner sharing and this problem exists whether I am using an AppleTV running the latest tvOS and latest channels app or using the web interface.
Channels DVR is running on a mac mini with High Sierra. The boot drive is formatted as APFS but the second Data drive which is what channels uses as the DVR directory location is formatted as HFS+.
