Looks like a throughput (disk and/or network) issue. Do you see that drop=31% ... if I'm reading that correctly, about 1/3 of the incoming packets are being dropped.
True. I think it may be time to apply the classic Windows fix: reboot. 
I will also update Channels to the latest prerelease, for good measure.
No problem recording from the same channel today.
I guess rebooting my server host + router did the trick.
